You'll Need:
large, peeled, and seeded avocado
1 can condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
Fresh nutmeg
Procedures :
In a food processor or blender, combine avocado, condensed milk, and vanilla. Blend until smooth, then spoon in six to eight parfait glasses or small cups and chill. Before serving, dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
